We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive dealership.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service while acting as the vital link between customers and the workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Informing and consulting customers about vehicle servicing.
2. Keeping customers updated throughout the service process and answering any questions.
3. Liaising with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
4. Offering expert advice on available products and services to enhance customer experience.
This is a fast-paced role where delivering exceptional customer care is the top priority. You’ll take the time to engage with customers, build strong relationships, and understand their needs to provide the best possible service.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 – £34,000 + Bonus.
With working hours of Monday to Friday 8 AM – 6 PM and 1 in 5 Saturdays.
About You
Need to have experience in the automotive industry preferably in a dealership. With a strong background in customer service. However, training can be provided through their in-house learning and development team.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
2. A background in customer service, preferably in a busy and demanding environment.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Experience with Kerridge (advantageous but not essential).
