As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and education. This dynamic role involves leadership responsibilities while also providing room cover when needed. You will play a vital role in staff management, parent engagement, and maintaining the nursery’s excellent reputation. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Room Leader. A Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a team. Confidence in decision-making, considering business and community needs.
