Job Title: Key Account Manager - Central England - Global Medical Device
Planet Pharma are working with a world leading medical device company focused on providing surgical tools and solutions to healthcare providers. They aim to support surgeons, surgical teams, hospitals, and distribution partners with high-quality products and services. Their offerings include ophthalmic instruments, sutures, biomedical textiles, and biosurgery solutions, among others.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in operating theatres, with a strong preference for a background in biosurgery. Surgical sales experience is essential, and a specialization in neurosurgery will be considered a significant advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and build strategic relationships that drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital administrators to understand and fulfill their surgical needs, particularly in operating theatre environments.
* Drive sales growth by promoting our portfolio of products, with a focus on biosurgery solutions.
* Identify opportunities to expand market share by targeting accounts within neuro and general surgical specialties.
* Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
* Analyse account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to implement effective sales strategies.
* Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for accounts, providing technical and clinical product support as needed.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
Requirements:
* Need operating theatre experience
* Neuro or biosurgery experience is a big plus!
