Seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic team in Swansea, supporting the President and contributing to the success of the organisation.
About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide administrative assistance to the President, including email management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
o Support the smooth running of QAP31 Distribution Management process and manage documents associated with distributor onboarding.
o Develop and improve presentations used by the President and manage the Customer Service Administrator.
o Ensure Customer Service department operates efficiently and effectively to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
o Provide sales support to rapidly solve problems, optimise distributor sales revenue, and achieve customer satisfaction.
o Co-ordinate Quarterly Performance Reviews with distributors and capture minutes and actions.
o Support/manage business projects as required and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience:
o Right to work in the UK.
o +3 years' experience working for a UK manufacturer who distributes their energy/medical devices globally.
o +3 years' experience working within a customer services, sales administration, sales support, or client-facing environment.
o Proficient in Office 365 Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Competitive salary range depending on experience, circa £35,000.
