HR Business Partner

Are you an Operational HR Partner with strategic strengths in engagement, holding a CIPD or equivalent qualification, looking to work in the Education sector?
We are delighted to collaborate with our Education client who is seeking a regional HR Business Partner to lead on key projects that support strategic objectives while managing the operational day-to-day activities of the HR team. Duties include:
* Leading case management in collaboration with the HR Advisor
* Driving engagement strategy and supporting management to ensure staff wellbeing through a structured engagement programme
* Managing performance to empower leaders in developing high-performing teams and creating reward solutions
* Overseeing succession planning and talent pipelining
* Assisting with restructures and reduction programmes
* Advising senior leaders on consultations with trade unions
* Collaborating with the wider HR team to create and update policies and procedures
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37 hours per week, with regular travel required across Nottinghamshire and wider Midlands sites (fully expensed).
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher/equivalent and demonstrate recent relevant experience as an HR Business Partner. Prior experience in the Education sector is desired but not essential, along with extensive knowledge of UK employment law.
You will also need experience working with trade unions, leading complex ER case work, understanding workforce planning, and leading engagement initiatives.
