Are you an excellent Communications and Engagement Lead and want to make a tangible difference to the lives of children and young people?
Come and join our compassionate and caring team in Buckinghamshire's Children and Young People's (CYP) Therapy Service. The CYP Communications and Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing a proactive and integrated communications, marketing, and engagement strategy, incorporating internal and external communications, media relations, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement.
You will use your excellent communication skills, creative vision and strong project management skills to support service users to understand and co-produce our services with us. You will manage a small team of Link Therapy Workers who will support your programme of communications and engagement. You will engage with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate an inclusive approach to understanding a range of viewpoints. Through writing and editing content on a range of platforms to a variety of audiences you will enable the service to reach a wide audience,with a focus on tackling health inequalities caused by access issues.
