Our client is a not-for-profit healthcare provider seeking a General Manager to become the registered manager of our new 101-bed residential care village in Tonbridge. You will assume responsibility for providing leadership to the home and managing its development while ensuring the excellent standard of care this organisation is renowned for is delivered.
The organisation is growing, and you will be a business-focused and confident manager, fully involved in the redevelopment of this site. You will have experience in dementia care and in creating a nurturing and caring environment for residents and staff.
You will need to establish and maintain good communication with residents, relatives, colleagues, and professionals outside of the home, such as Social Services, GP Commissioning Groups, and the Care Quality Commission.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A strong record of residential care home management
2. RMA/NVQ 5
