Your Role:
1. Assist teachers in delivering engaging, adapted lessons to meet individual learning needs.
2. Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide personalised support.
3. Help students regulate emotions and develop positive learning behaviours.
4. Support classroom routines and encourage independence.
