A Customer Services Assistant is required at Lord Hardy Court Residential Home on a permanent basis, working part time, 15 hours per week. Working hours are between Monday to Friday.
Lord Hardy Court provides care to 60 older people, with a range of individual needs, and mental health problems including Dementia. The home also provides Respite, IMC Step-up Step-down services to the community joint working with the NHS.
NQF Level 2 qualification e.g. GCSEs Grades 4-9, NVQs Level 2, GNVQs Intermediate, City and Guilds Craft or Part 2,
Or
Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience.
Customer service staff are expected to contribute to the provision of a comfortable, stimulating homely environment, that meets CQC Fundamental l Standards of Care, maintain health and safety and Dignity in Care Principles.
Customer Service staff are also expected to contribute and develop a customer focused service that is responsive and flexible regarding customer needs.
Duties also include dealing with basic customer enquiries from both residents, visitors, and contractors, dealing with face-to-face enquiries and those received via telephone.
