Are you a physiotherapist who wants to continue helping people but needs a better work-life balance? Join our Assessments Division and thrive as you use your clinical skills in a different way to help people move forward with their lives.
About the role
You will carry out telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You’ll listen to their experiences, ask questions, and produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. Each assessment is different, and you'll work on a variety of cases across various conditions. We support you to manage your caseloads efficiently, ensuring quality and respectful service.
What we look for
* A HCPC registered physiotherapist with 1 year’s broad post-registration experience
* Proactive and eager to learn
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Comfortable working towards individual and team targets
* Experience working with diverse conditions, including mental health

* Competitive salary: £39,500 to £46,300 depending on location
* Flexible working arrangements: full-time, part-time, or hybrid options for a healthy work-life balance
* Clinical development: support for continuing medical education and CPD
* Career development: training programmes, progression opportunities, and internal role exploration
* Revalidation support: assistance and refund for revalidation costs
* Supportive culture: regular feedback and coaching tools
* Inclusive environment: commitment to diversity and inclusion, championed through networks and initiatives
* Benefits: tailored core and voluntary benefits to meet your needs
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills, work with diverse customers, and make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
