Job Title : Finance Assistant (Hybrid)
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Taunton, Somerset (office based with hybrid working 1-2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £25K DOE

Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will contribute to the success of the finance team by performing various tasks, including:
10. Accurate input of invoices onto the accounting software
11. Reporting any discrepancies with invoices
12. Supplier invoice reconciliation
13. Chasing outstanding invoices
14. Bank and Petty Cash reconciliations
15. Preparation of payment runs
16. Ensuring compliance with group KPIs
17. Assisting in additional finance tasks as required
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
18. Passion for working in Finance - either prior experience or an AAT quaification
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Understanding of what makes a great Accounts Payable team
21. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
22. Great organisational and time management skills
23. Working knowledge of Excel
