Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
o Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
o Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
2. Customer Service:
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
o Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
3. Staff Management:
o Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.
o Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
4. Sales and Financial Management:
o Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.
o Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
5. Fleet Management:
o Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.
o Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
o Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
6. Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
o Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
o Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
