Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Growth
* Cultivate relationships with water utility companies and food/beverage clients.
* Identify new opportunities to expand the company's reach and influence.
* Conduct site visits to showcase products and services.
Technical Expertise in Sales
* Leverage knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, and industry-specific challenges to design effective solutions.
* Provide technical insights to customers during consultations, emphasizing quality and cost-efficiency.
Operational Versatility
* Support colleagues and contribute to ad-hoc tasks, such as warehouse management, marketing projects, or attending industry events, to gain a holistic understanding of operations.
* Assist in problem-solving and team initiatives outside of sales to ensure smooth operations.
Market Analysis & Strategy
* Monitor trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
* Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation
* Prepare professional proposals and negotiate terms that align with client needs and company goals.
* Close deals effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Teamwork
* Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and report on performance.

Qualifications
Technical & Sales Skills
* Strong understanding of pumps, hydraulic systems, and their industrial applications.
* Proven ability in solution selling, particularly within water, food, and beverage industries.
Experience & Education
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, or related fields.
* 5 years in a sales role with technical elements.
