TEKEVER Defence is responsible for the development and delivery of TEKEVER’s offering to the defence market, with a core focus to deliver innovative, battle-winning capabilities to NATO defence partners. It is divided into five main departments: Capability, Delivery, Operations, Test and Evaluation, and Business Development and Strategy.
This role sits within TEKEVER Defence’s growing Defence Operations function, responsible for supporting our customers through active deployments across the world.
Job Overview:
The Office Administrator provides support to the Chief of Staff UK support team and the wider site team for all administrative first line tasks. Timely task action, email responses, record keeping such as FLEET registers, booking of ad hoc travel, processing office documentation and any other ancillary office tasks. Will collaborate with the Chief of Staff UK Support Team for support and guidance.
What will be your responsibilities:
* Provide first line admin support
* Processing of all paperwork including letter creation
* Create and upkeep the office filing systems where applicable
* Various ad hoc purchases with, and without, RFP
* Support the Chief of Staff UK Support Team with ad hoc tasks
* Responsible for all office ancillary tasks such as refreshments purchase and booking
* Process travel booking requests via the Group Travel team
* Liaise with H&S, IT, QMS and Security leaders for taskings and support
* Look after the FLEET register
* Liaise with Group where required
Profile and requirements:
* 1 year as an office administrator
* Business degree or relevant technical qualification
* Knowledge of the aerospace industry
* CIPD qualification
* Financial and accounting knowledge
* Approachable, team player, clear communicator
* Well-organised, problem-solving approach
* Must be eligible to hold, if needed, an SC clearance and willing to undergo the vetting process
* Work authorisation in the UK is required
