This is a key role where you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring that maintenance, installations, and service requests are scheduled efficiently while keeping customers updated and engineers supported.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Scheduling & dispatching service calls to engineers based on priority & location.
* Coordinating planned maintenance to ensure smooth workflow & minimal disruptions.
* Liaising with clients & engineers to manage expectations & provide updates.
* Handling last-minute changes, urgent jobs, and delays—thinking on your feet!
* Generating service quotes & managing job completion records.
* Using SAP & scheduling tools to optimise planning & resourcing.
* Reviewing & adapting schedules throughout the day to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or dispatching
* Strong organisational & multitasking skills – ability to juggle priorities!
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* A proactive mindset – ability to solve problems on the go
* Familiarity with SAP, Access, or similar scheduling software (preferred but not essential)
