About Us:
As the Careers & Employability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our students’ futures by providing expert guidance, resources, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance students’ employability skills.
2. Collaborate with academic departments, employers, and alumni to create meaningful career pathways.
3. Deliver workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to students on topics such as CV writing, interview skills, and networking.
4. Manage career fairs, employer engagement events, and internship programs.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and labour market demands to tailor our services effectively.
Requirements:
6. Essential: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within higher education or related sectors.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
8. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Passion for empowering students and helping them achieve their career goals.
10. Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and digital platforms.
