Read more about our story at: www.iplglobal.com The Role IPL currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join the Supply Chain team in Rotherham. Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply and demand of inventory, ensuring adequate stocks are available at all times, to ensure the production plan can be achieved and our customers receive their products on time and in full. This role is based in Barbot Hall Industrial Estate, Mangham Road, Rotherham, S61 4RJ and the successful candidate will work 40 Hours per week from 8.30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. As a Stock Controller with IPL you will: Lead and implement controls to maintain stock accuracy, including half and end of year stocktakes. Ensure delivery schedules are maintained accurately. Through analysis of the production plan and in conjunction with the Supply Chain manager; completing order forms for incoming inventory. Verify goods receipts and ensure the ERP system is accurately maintained and updated. Ensure supplied stocks meet demand and highlight any potential issues with stock supply immediately. Liaise with production, planning and logistics to prevent overstocking and overordering. Monitor inventory and supplies for timely restocking. Develop plans for purchasing of supplies to ensure these are purchased at the best price. Gather relevant data and produce ad hoc reports as and when required for other stakeholders. Lead projects and deployment of resources. Other ad hoc duties as they arise.
