Purpose of Role To support project managers with running of complex automation projects, with the targeted progression to take on small works projects and move into a project engineering role. Reporting to: Project Managers Specific Responsibilities Process “Bill of materials” for procurement after design release, considering current stock levels. Update resource planner as per project timing plans, highlighting conflicts to the relevant PM’s. Liaise with sub-contract labour suppliers to confirm availability for upcoming resource requirements. To take meeting minutes and follow-up actions. Monitor project invoicing milestones and issue summary report to PM’s. Support installations with procurement requirements/updates. Prepare RAMS for site installations. Track and compile project final documentation package for delivery. Process change requests for on-going projects through design, procurement and kitting. General Responsibilities Liaise with PM’s, Technical Engineers and site teams during project phases. Liaise with procurement department. Remuneration Salary £25k-£30k depending on experience 29 days holiday
