Have you got experience within Key Account management? Are you articulate and able to deal with customers at all levels? Have you ever worked with end user accounts? If you have answered yes, then I have a new and exciting role to come and join our Air Handling, Cooling & Heating part of the business, working on a remote basis and reporting into the Business Unit Director.
With high attention to detail, you will be responsible for developing, identifying, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts, working closely with the technical sales teams to promote the Swegon product range.
Promoting Swegon’s offering to end users and target customers, focused primarily on decarbonisation projects using heat pump technology. The ultimate objective is to establish Swegon as a trusted partner and strategic supplier, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
What you can expect as a Key Account Manager:
* Work with the Business Unit Director to identify suitable key account targets and develop a strategy to obtain business intelligence regarding these individual accounts.
* Identify key stakeholders within the accounts and establish contact/business relationships.
* Develop and maintain customer account dashboards.
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
* Development of tailored, individual concepts with system solutions from the Swegon portfolio, in collaboration with the sales and product management teams.
* Expand the relationship by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, potentially working across various Business Unit offerings.
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and sales and internal teams.
* Be responsible for the customer’s journey.
* Maintenance of activities in the CRM system, including internal dissemination of customer information to increase sales by other departments of Swegon.
* Accountability for sales figures, revenues, and contribution margins of the key accounts, with the requirement to prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
With a generous remuneration package plus a bonus/commission scheme on offer – based on experience and suitability. This is a remote working role but ideally would need to be based in commutable distance to one of our offices (company car included), and you must be willing to travel to different sites/clients occasionally.
