Key Responsibilities: To be responsible for the training and welfare of members of the team. Review and support reporting team with their workload. To deputise for the Technical Services Manager for specification and artwork duties, being a point of contact for site Technical Managers and department managers. Respond to relevant customer accounts queries / issues, manage and overview the account workload and coordinate larger projects working closely with the Technical Services Manager To liaise with NPD and raw material technologists and as required suppliers to make sure data is accurate before adding to a customer specification. To be able to write and maintain for a minimum of 3 Meals Division customers To understand and check the data received from the Process Development team for chemistry nutritional, allergen & species testing. To understand the cook loss data for recipe creation linked to the declared ingredient list. To interpret reheat validation and verification details into the correct customer instructions.
