ABOUT YOU
* Experience as a Store Manager or leader within a fast-paced, hands-on retail or hospitality business.
* Motivated by results, excited by achieving high standards, and excel in delivering excellent customer service.
* Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures, and be naturally able to deliver clear instructions.
* Open to travelling within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other locally commutable stores.
* A pro-active, solution-focused manager, able to prioritise, delegate, and develop a team driven to achieve specific targets.
Store Manager – Key Responsibilities
* Manage, recruit, and develop a team for a household name, renowned for value, maximising sales and maintaining high standards.
* Ensure all processes/procedures are adhered to and all compliance is managed professionally.
* Set and implement tasks to ensure the team delivers effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
* Deliver and maximise exceptional sales results through managing waste, shrinkage, and payroll.
* Develop colleagues’ knowledge of products within the store and ensure they live the Aldi brand values.
Commutable Locations: Bromsgrove, Halesowen, Henley-in-Arden, Redditch, Alcester, Worcester, and Kidderminster.
