After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
There is also provision for 2 x dedicated emergency theatres and 2 x dedicated Trauma theatres within the complex.The division is committed to staff development and offers an excellent competency based training package. Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential to this post.
