You can find us across the UK and in the US (Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island) Your mission We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us build and scale our data stack. You’ll be joining a small team of data pros who work closely with colleagues in tech and the business to deliver reliable, valuable analytics in a self-serve BI environment. As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll be responsible for staging, transforming and modelling source data to produce clean, certified datasets in our data warehouse that can be used to generate critical analysis. You’ll work with stakeholders from across the business with a range of skills and needs, gathering their requirements and getting the right data to the right place at the right time. Key Responsibilities Designing and building data models for analytics, reporting, and data science applications Implementing and maintaining reliable, efficient ELT pipelines Developing tools and processes to ensure the quality and observability of data Monitoring and improving the performance and efficiency of the data stack Producing excellent documentation on all of the above Work in a small, agile team to build excellent data products Build great relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs and challenges Be curious, adaptable, and willing to pitch in to help with data problems of all shapes and sizes What You’ll Bring Experience in a data or analytics engineering role, ideally in a start-up environment Excellent SQL, with strong Python skills a plus Solid understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and reporting tools Previous experience with data cloud tech like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks Knowledge of ELT tools like dbt, Fivetran, or Stitch Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented Benefits 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays (5 flexible ones).
