Responsibilities: User Growth : Design and manage advertising strategies to exceed monthly user growth targets.
Cost Optimization : Deliver effective campaigns balancing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) with lifetime value (LTV).
Performance Testing : Conduct continuous testing and data-driven optimizations.
Channel Expansion : Identify and scale new acquisition channels.
Strategic Planning : Align UA strategies with growth targets and scale campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Unity Ads.
Budget Tracking : Collaborate with finance teams to ensure ROI-focused budget management.
Essential Skills: Experience : Experience in UA or performance marketing for freemium/iAP-driven apps, preferably in gaming.
Expertise : Hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
Mindset : A growth-focused, ambitious individual comfortable in a dynamic and startup environment.
Channel Knowledge : Deep understanding of mobile gaming acquisition strategies, including social media and programmatic marketing.
