We are recruiting for a client who is looking for a Creative Lead to join them on a freelance, 12-month contract basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented graphic designer with at least five years of experience to work with one of our top clients onsite in central London.
This role represents your personal canvas, giving you the freedom to display your creative genius and bring bold, innovative ideas onto a high-profile stage.

The Role
As a Creative Lead, you will oversee projects for one of our top clients, leading the design process from concept to final execution.
Specifically, you will deliver high-quality creative output, answer client briefs, and generate exciting ideas that push boundaries, while also collaborating with client partners to ensure a high level of innovation across all projects.
You will also take ownership of multiple workstreams, ensuring that deadlines are met while staying informed of cutting-edge creative trends and design techniques.

* Provide leadership and drive the creative design output
* Develop award-winning ideas by exploring new and innovative design executions
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across various media and formats
About You
To be considered as a Creative Lead, you will need:
* At least five years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with agency or in-house experience
* A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and experience with established brands
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Solid knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to apply brand style guides creatively
* A high-level sense of typography, colour theory, and visual composition
* The ability to interpret brand guidelines effectively across multiple formats
* The ability to produce innovative, concept-driven work
* The ability to deliver campaigns incorporating evolving technologies and user experiences
* High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
* The ability to take ownership and accountability of client projects
