We are looking for a hard working, self motivated person to join our team at our family farm growing lettuce and field vegetables. Work will include planting, harvesting, moving fleeces and irrigation, weeding and some tractor work. Applicant needs a tractor licence as work will include transporting produce from field to farm. Work will mainly be outdoors in all weathers. Work is physically demanding and will include lots of lifting and carrying. You will be needed to work long hours often starting at 4 to 5am. Placement is temporary but with the potential for a full time position for the right person.
