Our client, a leading company in the Utilities industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Cyber Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. As a member of the wider Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and identifying top talent for our client's organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Management: Keep Cyber focused candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, answer their questions, and highlight the benefits of joining our client's organisation. - End-to-End Cyber Recruitment: From initial brief to offer, ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process that attracts the best talent in the shortest time. - Cyber Role Understanding: Gather in-depth knowledge about the role, department, and our client's organisation to effectively sell the opportunity and screen candidates. - Hiring Manager Advisory: Provide guidance to hiring managers on finding top cyber talent, bridging the gap between candidate expectations and what the organisation offers. - Cyber Job Advert Customization: Tailor job adverts to the target audience, ensuring they stand out and attract top talent. - Cyber Sourcing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement a sourcing strategy aligned with the overall talent acquisition strategy. - Lead Generation: Utilise various platforms and job boards to understand candidate behaviour and identify potential talent. - Use of Technology and Sourcing Tools: Demonstrate expertise in programmatic job advertising, candidate sourcing software, and effective navigation of talent pools. - Proactive Sourcing: Employ proactive sourcing techniques across multiple channels, including Boolean job board sourcing, social media, and mobile sourcing. - Candidate Outreach: Engage with candidates through multiple channels, both actively and passively. - Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse metrics to optimise sourcing strategy and processes, including conversion rates and the progression of passive candidates. - Employer Brand Promotion: Generate interest and drive traffic to our client's organisation by promoting their vacancies and brand. - Talent Pool Management: Identify suitable candidates for current vacancies while also building and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs. - Referrals: Network with current employees and actively follow up on leads generated through our client's employee referral programme. Requirements: Previous end-to-end Cyber Talent Acquisition experience, either in-house or within an agency. Passion for candidate sourcing and innovative recruitment techniques to attract the best talent. Proficiency with various sourcing tools, HR systems, and candidate management systems. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels. Strong relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term networks. Influencing and negotiation skills to collaborate with hiring managers.
