Active Prospects is leading the Care Talent Collective, an alliance of seven top care providers in Surrey which has received government funding to lead an innovative talent management programme. The Care Talent Collective was launched in October 2023 and is bringing fresh talent into the Surrey care sector through a Fast Track Management programme and Enhanced Apprenticeship. This is your chance to join a cutting-edge project with the power to revolutionise care talent management in Surrey Your responsibilities As the Talent Management Coordinator you will: Lead recruitment and on-boarding of candidates Provide coaching and pastoral support to ensure participants thrive during the programme. Support the programme lead in coordinating leadership development activities and placements Shape the future of the programme by contributing to planning for its next phase.
