Our client, an innovative player in the FMCG industry, is looking for a TikTok Shop Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will see you overseeing the full spectrum of TikTok Shop operations, from content creation to live streaming, while also managing the technical aspects of the shop to drive sales and customer engagement.
Title: TikTok Shop Marketing
Salary: 42,000 - 44,000
Location: Windsor with hybrid working
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute engaging content strategies for TikTok Shop that resonate with target audiences and up to date consumer trends.
2. Create TikTok video and livestream content, as well as adverts and promotional materials that align with the brand guidelines, identity and values.
3. Plan, host, and optimise live streaming events to engage users, drive sales, and increase brand visibility.
4. Experiment with new AI technologies and collaborate with influencers to enhance live-streaming initiatives.
5. Oversee the technical side of the TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless product listings, optimised checkout/click to buy processes, and integration with backend systems.
6. Ensure all TikTok Shop product information is up-to-date and that the shop runs efficiently.
7. Analyse TikTok Shop performance metrics such as engagement rates and sales conversions to continuously improve content, live streams, and TikTok Shop functionalities.
8. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all digital initiatives.
9. Partner with internal teams such as sales, e-commerce, and PR to align on marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns that drive traffic and sales on TikTok.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop accounts.
2. Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, including best practices for content creation, trends, and live streaming.
3. A background in FMCG or consumer-facing brands is highly desirable.
4. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
5. Proficiency with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh, innovative ideas.
