Pest Control Business Delivery Officer – Shape the Future of Pest Control in North Devon.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a sustainable pest control business model, balancing domestic and commercial demand.
* Develop new revenue streams to ensure the longevity and growth of the service.
* Lead and manage pest control operations, including block treatments, sewer baiting programs, and specialist decontamination.
* Act as North Devon Council’s pest control expert, providing guidance, advice, and training to internal teams and external partners.
* Manage service budgets, procurement, and commercial contracts, ensuring cost-effective operations.
* Deliver high-quality pest management solutions, integrating modern, environmentally friendly methods to protect biodiversity.
* Ensure legal compliance with pest control regulations and health & safety legislation.
* Actively seek out new business opportunities and secure commercial contracts with local businesses.
About the Role:
As a Pest Control Business Delivery Officer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and growing a high-quality pest control service for North Devon. * Experienced Pest Control Officers with a Royal Society for the Promotion of Health Certificate, BPCA Diploma Part 1, or Level 2 RSPH/BPCA qualification.
