Delivery Consultant (with a clear progression plan to become a full 360 degree permanent recruitment consultant)

Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Applicant management:
2. Conducting telephone screening with applicants.
3. Arranging interviews and conducting when necessary.
4. Sustain existing client relationships and provide customer service.
5. Provide HR support.
6. Coordinate staff members.
7. Resolve issues.
8. Respond to enquiries.
Compliance
1. Ensure the timely completion of relevant paperwork in line with company, client and legislative requirements including referencing of applicants.
2. Maintain an effective filing system ensuring client and applicant details are accurate and well-documented.
3. Comply with the company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence.
Corporate Operations
1. Uphold Brook Street's brand profile at all times through the effective management of both clients and applicants.
2. Ensure adherence to personal activity and revenue targets.
Experience/Skills Required
1. Previous client management experience.
2. Customer focused.
3. Adaptable and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
