Key job responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, evaluation, deployment and updating of data-driven models for embedded computer vision applications.
- Research and implement the state-of-the-art computer vision and sensor fusion algorithms for resource-constrained computing platforms on a large scale.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to design and implement computer vision and machine learning based features for Ring devices.
- Influence system design and product vision by making informed decisions on the selection of technology, data sources, algorithms, and sensors.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD, or Master's degree and years of deep learning, computer vision, human robotic interaction, algorithms implementation experience
- Recent experience of building machine learning models for business application experience
- Experience programming in C++, Python or related language
- Experience developing and implementing deep learning algorithms, particularly with respect to computer vision algorithms
