Requirements:
10. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (PhD preferred)
11. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably life sciences, is preferred
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
14. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
17. Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
