These individuals have Speech, Language and Communication Needs that require your support and expertise. Theyoften experience co-occurring needs such as ASD, ID etc The role requires a high level of clinical and professional expertise in order for the population to benefit from a well-coordinated pro-active, specialist, efficient and effective SLT. To coordinate access to speech and language therapy To develop and implement the 5 Good Communication standards To represent the Speech and Language Therapy service at agreed forums as required.
