Reporting to the Senior Team Leader- Fuelcard Account Management, the Fuelcards Account Manager will be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of existing and lapsed fuelcards accounts whilst delivering improvements in service levels and volume and gross margin. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for improvement of customer revenue, volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines, in line with guidance from Management. Provide timely designated reports and information as required by larger customers. Carrying out regular customer surveys regarding department performance and account management Point of contact for customer complaints. Ensure KPI’s are achieved Work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the WFL UK Ltd business. Deal with queries, and exhibit the highest standards of customer service at all times. Ensure KPI’s are achieved (calls, litres, duration.) Maintain appropriate level of product and system expertise, including knowledge of products, procedures, service and systems.
