Our client, a well-established business in the Edgbaston area are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team. As an Office Administrator you will face a range of job duties such as answering the telephone, dealing with property inquiries and taking messages.
Duties included but not limited to:
Answering telephone: dealing with property enquiries, liaising with clients and solicitors, transferring calls and taking messages.
Booking appointments for valuers in diaries.
Audio typing of auction terms, details for catalogue etc.
Carrying out anti-money laundering checks on clients and potential buyers.
Attending auction as auction admin.
Covering all other general office duties.
Assisting with any other ad hoc duties.
