In a nutshell
As Quality Control Manager, you will be leading the Quality Control Team overseeing the monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement of all company processes, ensuring that all departments are meeting the standards of our quality management system and the highest possible quality product is being delivered to our customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring all personnel in the production departments adhere to the work procedures and instructions and update these as necessary. You will liaise with Senior Management on any issues and ensure that departmental KPIs are achieved.
To be successful in this role you will have management experience in a similar manufacturing/packaging sector with an ISO9001 and/or FSSC 22000 audit qualification.
You should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and inspire trust and respect amongst employees, senior managers and customers alike.

Job requirements:
1. Understanding of Fuji Seal manufacturing operations and process’ and/or has worked in a similar industry sector.
2. ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 Audit qualification and experience.
3. Picks up technical things quickly and can learn new skills and knowledge
4. Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answer.
5. Extensive experience and knowledge of production environment and understanding of process and quality best practice
6. Clearly assigns responsibility for tasks and decisions; sets clear objectives and measures; monitors process, progress and results; designs feedback loops into work
7. Spends their time and time of others on what’s important; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishment of goals
8. Is able to address non-conformances in a neutral and calm manner
