Job summary The Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are looking for a Band 3 Community HCA to join our community nursing teams in the neighbourhoods of East Woking and Central Woking. The Community Team visit patients in their own home as well as care homes. We offer excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Senior District Nurses who will ensure that you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service works over a 7-day week 8.00am to 8.00pm offering a variable shift pattern and includes weekend and bank holiday working. This post requires an interest in working within a community setting. You will be supported with a comprehensive induction and training package as needed, to help you settle in, with the time and opportunity to get to know the people on your caseload, along with development opportunities.
