Our client, based in Bedfordshire, is currently recruiting for a Voids Coordinator on a 3-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with the hourly rate negotiable based on experience. The role also offers 2/3 days working from home per week.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in construction, voids, and maintenance, preferably within a housing association.
Responsibilities
1. Providing effective administrative support and coordination for void properties to meet customer needs.
2. Recording and maintaining accurate records of work within void properties.
3. Managing the voids process to ensure minimal turnaround times.
4. Ensuring void works are ordered accurately and within priority times.
5. Acting as the main contact for contractors, colleagues, and residents regarding properties.
6. Liaising with customers to schedule End of Tenancy inspections.
7. Coordinating with contractors to ensure an efficient void process.
8. Providing administrative support within a maintenance and repairs setting.
9. Having experience working within a housing association or similar environment is preferred.
10. Demonstrating excellent planning and organizational skills.
Working Hours
1. 37 hours per week
2. Monday – Friday
3. 9am-5pm (flexible)
4. 2/3 days working from home per week
