A global retail brand is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Recruitment team based in London for a 9m Maternity Cover. This is a role to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
* As a part of the TA team, you will be tasked with hiring mostly marketing and other corporate roles, independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle for your client group including sourcing, engaging, and recruiting new talent across EMEA.
* There is also a lot of scope for wider project work around EVP, improving processes and more - particularly around data and systems.
* This is a fast-paced, 360 end-to-end TA partner role; the ideal candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver, as well as work more strategically.
Minimum Requirements:
* You will have at least 5 years of experience working in a recruitment role in-house, across the business. Ideally, you will have worked across EMEA.
* They operate a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office.
