We are recruiting for an experienced and forward-thinking Receptionist/Administrator. This is a full-time 9 months contract position working for a well-established company. It is a very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Answering incoming calls and taking messages when required.
2. Greet visitors courteously and notify the member of staff being visited that their visitor has arrived, following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
3. Coordination of company health-care monitoring and massage appointments.
4. Assisting with various administration duties as determined by the administration team.
5. Comprehensive administrative support to the company.
6. Coordinating travel arrangements.
7. Supporting event management by assisting with the organization of events, such as on-site customer training sessions and internal department meetings.
Person Specification:
1. Smart and professional appearance.
2. Good general level of education (GCSE).
3. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
4. Reception experience.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
7. Good team player.
