As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be at the heart of a child’s learning journey. 7. Ensuring a Safe Environment: Follow health and safety practices diligently to provide children with a secure space to explore.

9. Building Relationships: Form lasting bonds with children and families, helping to create a nurturing and friendly community.
10. Assisting in Day-to-Day Routines: Support children with meals, rest, and other routines, ensuring their needs are met consistently and with care.
What You Bring to the Role:
11. Essential Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Early Years, such as NVQ or CACHE (or equivalent).
12. Hands-on Experience: Practical knowledge from working in nurseries, preschools, or similar settings where you’ve helped children thrive.
13. Passion for Early Childhood Development: You’re dedicated to encouraging children’s growth, both in big milestones and small moments.
14. Adaptability and Positivity: An ability to settle easily into new settings and bring a can-do attitude to your role.
15. Communication and Connection: You’re a natural at building rapport with children, families, and your team, making each interaction meaningful.
