Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Reports To: Director & Operations Manager
We’re looking for a guest-focused, service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Palestinian-Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant. You’ll manage the daily running of the floor, lead and train the team, oversee rotas and service standards, and play a key role in events and promotions. This is a development role: you’ll work closely with the current General Manager, who is transitioning careers, and are expected to step into the GM position within 12 months with full support and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a world-class guest experience with warm, attentive service.
2. Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
3. Manage weekly staff rotas, time-off requests, and shift cover.
4. Support smooth delivery of private events and seasonal activations.
5. Monitor and uphold food safety, cleanliness, and licensing standards.
6. Actively resolve guest feedback and support a positive, solutions-first culture.
Qualifications & Attributes:
1. 3+ years in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role.
2. Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality, consistent service.
3. Strong organisational and communication skills.
4. Hospitality-first mindset with a warm, calm, and confident leadership style.
5. A passion for culture, food, and creating meaningful guest experiences.
This role is designed to evolve into the General Manager position within 12 months. You’ll receive full support from the outgoing GM and leadership team to grow into that role confidently and successfully.
