We are seeking a Registered Operations Manager with strong leadership, financial awareness, and business development skills to oversee and enhance operations across a second office. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring strong compliance and high-quality care delivery.
Lead and restructure a growing team (3 office staff & care team).
Manage budgets, P&Ls, invoicing, and financial performance.
Work alongside the Franchise Partner to develop strategy and expand services.
Support business growth with a hands-on approach, including occasional on-call duties.Registered Manager Requirements:
Proven experience managing a care service with a Good or Outstanding CQC rating.
Strong financial awareness, including budgeting and business planning.
A track record in growing and developing a care business.
Ability to lead and upskill teams while maintaining compliance.
A confident manager who can work independently and drive performance.Benefits:
Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 with performance bonuses.
