We are currently seeking a qualified individual who is looking to gain industry knowledge and experience for the Entry-Level National Accounts Manager position, joining our team in Nottingham, PA!
* SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40+ hours a week in a hybrid format.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for prospecting, obtaining, and closing sales to new customers to achieve budgeted sales goals; achieving revenue growth in existing accounts by utilizing a creative and consultative selling approach in the sale of Herr’s products; developing and implementing sound selling strategies that are specific to each targeted new and existing account in the designated geographical territory and utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business. This individual is responsible for establishing new relationships and building existing relationships with buyers and brokers in these accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals that are catered uniquely to each account.
* Ride Along with wholesalers and spend time in the field developing the business.
* Schedule appointments with buyers and brokers of existing accounts on a planned timeline.
* Schedule appointments with buyers of prospect accounts by researching the internet, cold calling, networking, and additional resources.
* Acquire in-depth industry and competitive knowledge through research to prepare sales presentations.
* Prepare customer costs by analyzing product categories to stay in align with profit goals.
* Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating and working cross-functionally.
* Analyze sales and profit goals for each account.
* Research and inquire about each account's private label needs.
* Attend trade shows to represent and promote Herr’s Foods Inc. products.
* Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of our competition.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college related to sales, marketing, and/or business and 0-1 years field experience including sales and budgeting relating to National Accounts.
* Microsoft Office Suite intermediate experience required.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.
* Recognized as one who can use problem-solving and analytical skills to work toward creative solutions.
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
* Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management and excellent organization skills.
* Travel may be required about 80% of the time.
