Professional Practice Education and Training Team Apprentice Administrator
hours per week, 18 month fixed term contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our Professional Practice, Education and Training Team as an Apprentice Administrator. This is a newly created role bringing together the administrative duties for the workstreams the team are responsible for across the Trust.
You will coordinate and deliver the administrative duties within the Team. You will have proficient IT skills and have a calm disposition.

To be eligible for an Apprenticeship you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be 16 years old or over
2. Have the right to work in the UK
3. Have been permanently resident in the UK for the past 3 years
Applications are welcome from people who have lived experience of the care system.
You will be completing a Business Administrator Apprenticeship. If you already hold this qualification at Level 3 or above, then you are not eligible to apply.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the Professional Practice, Education and Training Team based at Campbell House, Northampton.
The post holder will develop themselves to enable them to provide a high-quality day-to-day administrative service.
The post holder will be required to speak to students, members of staff and members of the public which requires them to have effective communication skills and a good telephone manner.
The post holder will maintain robust, transparent and secure administrative systems, to ensure information is kept efficiently and effectively and complies with corporate and information governance.
