To set the Online commercial strategy for George Clothing womenswear products, driving sales and profit for the channel, monitoring sales, key metrics and promotional activity. Working in partnership with strategic, digital and trading teams to define and execute the womens online strategy. Influence the Online Sales and Profit targets for womens product categories. Develop, shape and deliver departmental ranging strategies to maximise customer demand whilst growing profit contribution for the channel short to long term. Working with trading counterparts to maximise profit, delivering robust sales, stock, and profit forecasts. Setting online metric, traffic, conversion and baskets targets. Signing off on online pareto to ensure variances in channel shopping behaviour are robust in our planning steps. Managing product critical path and lifecycle to ensure launch availability and full availability on both range & activity. Maximise availability working closely with supply & logistic teams to deliver optimum stock mix and flow across our sites. Be an expert on our online customer and competitor landscape, understand behaviour to build relevant activity plans that maximise commercial benefit and resonate with our customers.
