Electrical Engineer
This is an opportunity with a leading refrigeration service provider, who are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the team as a Case Fabrication/Electrical Engineer, where you will play a key role in driving the refrigeration repair success, contributing directly to growth strategy. Our Case Fabrication engineers work for various customers carrying out repairs to many manufacturers of equipment across the UK.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
In this role, you'll engage in a variety of activities focused on customer communication and planning and configuring repairs to meet customer requirements throughout the UK. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Compete repairs and planned works on site
- Ensure repairs/work is carried out to a high standard
- Update jobs and customer portals through your PDA
- To ensure compliance/adherence with company policies and procedures, particularly those matters of health & safety, environment and quality
Experience/Qualifications Required
You will be presentable and polite have a proactive approach, ability to adapt with changing demands and working under pressure and have a customer-focused mindset. A flexible approach to working hours is essential and excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines and plan and manage your workload. Ideally - you have an engineering background. With the correct mind set and can-do attitude we are here to help you flourish. Additionally, you should bring:
- Electrical Qualification/electrically competent advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good fault finding and rectification skills
- A positive attitude, self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team
