The Role
As an Account Manager, you will:
* Manage Warm Leads: Engage with prospects already interested in property investment solutions, guiding them through the process.
* Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take clients from initial interest through to closing, helping them build their property portfolio with tailored solutions.
* Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients, increasing both their investment and your earnings.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and achieve their investment goals.
What They’re Looking For
* Proven Sales Experience: 1–2 years in sales roles, particularly in B2B SaaS, recruitment, financial investment, or other consultative sales positions - Closing experience is required!
* Consultative Selling Skills: A natural problem solver who thrives in guiding clients through complex decisions.
* High Ownership & Low Ego: You’re results-driven with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
* Experience in PropTech/FinTech: A plus, but not a necessity.
