We are a well established property maintenance company and currently have a position within our busy Sittingbourne control room for full time Booking Coordinator (inbound calls)to cover morning, afternoon/evening shifts.
Main duties include taking customer enquiries, job bookings and allocating jobs to engineers. This role is open to all candidates with a customer service background but applicants with a stable work history in retail sales are preferred. Due to our current workload, overtime is also available.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Assist customers with their enquiries
Update changes and status of each customer job.
Provide a high level of customer service
Book and allocate jobs to trades persons.
